Q: How much do your services cost?

A: Prices range depending on services. Please visit my cost of services page for more information.

Q: Why are your services cash based?

A: My services are cash based because it means I can provide better care. I see patients one-on-one for 45-60 minutes at a time. My treatment plans are made based on your needs, and not the needs of your insurance provider.

Q: What should I expect at my first appointment?

A: I always start the first visit by gathering information and asking questions. This gives me some background and understanding regarding the reason you sought PT. Then I perform a physical examination. This is a hands-on evaluation based on your symptoms, assessing muscle and tissue tone, mobility, strength, etc. The goal is to trace your complaint back to the source(s) to work towards relief

Q: What sort of treatment should I expect?

A: I am trained in a variety of different treatments. Each treatment session is different for every individual, based on their needs. I use a variety of different neuromuscular re-education and manual therapy techniques including myofascial release, trigger point release, muscle energy techniques, and visceral mobilization, as well as more specialized treatment approaches based on the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) as well as Primal Reflex Release Techniques (PRRT). In addition to manual therapy, I also create individualized exercise programs for each of my patients, tailored towards their specific needs. I devote time in every session to patient education, to assure I am always on the same page as my patient and on the forefront of treatment options.

Q: What should I wear?

A: Please wear loose clothing and close-toed shoes you are comfortable walking in/working out in. Think of what you would wear to the gym.

Q: How many sessions does it take?

A: Every patient and every patient’s needs are different. Between 6-12 weeks is typical for the vast majority of patients. Generally, within 4-8 weeks, symptoms should start to improve (if not sooner). While I deeply enjoy working with each and every one of my patient’s, my goal is to get them better and get them back out into the world.

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

A: I ask that you please let me know at least 24 business hours ahead of time. If you cancel with less than 24 business hours’ notice, I will charge 75% of the appointment fee. If you don’t respond/show, I will charge the full fee for the session.

Q: What if I don’t live nearby?

A: I understand it can be hard to find a highly-skilled physical therapist. As a result, I offer telehealth visits– one-on-one video sessions completed over an online platform during which I will walk you through treatment, exercise, and provide as much support as possible.
